Clock-in uses face recognition on an Android tablet. The panel brings together presence, schedules, absences and payroll export. It serves a company with one entrance and an organisation with several. The software costs €1,000.

The clock-in, the panel, and the place of each punch.
- The person chooses entry or exit and confirms with their face. The device is any Android with a camera, from Android 8, bought by the company.
- The panel shows presence, schedules, absences, corrections and export to CSV, Excel or PDF, or a send to Primavera, PHC, SAP or Sage.
- Each punch keeps the place sent by the device. The panel opens the map. Outside a defined area, the punch is flagged and still recorded.
- The software costs €1,000. Hosting is €120 a year. The company domain is €25 a year.
What is Pontoy?
Attendance software. Clock-in happens on the Android device, with face recognition. Management happens in the panel.
Does a punch show the place?
Yes. The device sends its location at the moment of the punch. The company can set a centre and a radius.
Is the device included?
No. Any Android with a camera, from Android 8, is the client’s. The €1,000 is the software.
